All products sold by Kang Kang Handmade are handcrafted. As a result:

Slight variations in color, size, stitching, and texture are natural and expected — they are a hallmark of handmade craftsmanship, not defects.
Product photos are taken under controlled lighting and may differ slightly from the actual item due to screen calibration.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other payment methods available at checkout.
Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed and shipped.
We are not responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at liyingxueneve@163.com. We will do our best to accommodate requests made before fulfillment.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, and will issue a full refund in such cases.

5. Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Kang Kang Handmade is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
By placing a custom order, you confirm that all details provided (size, color, text, etc.) are accurate. Kang Kang Handmade is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kang Kang Handmade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
