- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: As all items are handmade, processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or for high-demand products. We appreciate your patience.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

- These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
- Kang Kang Handmade has no control over customs processing times, which may cause additional delays.
- We are required by law to accurately declare the value of all shipments on customs forms. We are unable to mark packages as "gifts" or undervalue items.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:
- Check your tracking number for the latest status.
- Contact your local post office or customs office.

Kang Kang Handmade is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, carrier delays, or customs holds. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
8. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
