Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging
Free from signs of wear, washing, or alteration

The following items are non-returnable (final sale):

Custom or personalized orders
Items marked as "Final Sale"
Gift cards

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at liyingxueneve@163.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include:

Your order number
A brief reason for the return
Photos of the item (required for damaged or defective claims)

We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Kang Kang Handmade is not responsible for lost return packages.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
