Thank you for shopping at Kang Kang Handmade. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: As all items are handmade, processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or for high-demand products. We appreciate your patience.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier capacity, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders:

🇭🇰🇹🇼 Hong Kong, Taiwan & Select Southeast Asian Countries — Free shipping on orders over $30
🇺🇸 United States — Free shipping on orders over $50; orders under $50: $10 flat rate
🇦🇪 UAE — Free shipping on orders over $60; orders under $60: $15 flat rate
🇨🇦 🇬🇧 🇦🇺 Canada, UK & Australia — Shipping rates calculated at checkout based on location and order weight

We occasionally offer additional free shipping promotions — subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay updated.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Since most of our products are fabric-based handmade goods, customs duties or import taxes are not typically charged in most cases.

However, if your country does charge any customs duties or import taxes, these fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Please note:

Kang Kang Handmade has no control over customs processing times, which may cause additional delays.
We are required by law to accurately declare the value of all shipments on customs forms. We are unable to mark packages as "gifts" or undervalue items.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

Check your tracking number for the latest status.
Contact your local post office or customs office.

Kang Kang Handmade is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, carrier delays, or customs holds. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
